Inspired by my training and personal Thetahealing Practitioner field, I offer Energy Healing/ Reading Sessions to elevate you and your life through and from the Divine Source Field.

I am a Divine Medium, and I offer to be in service to you in the way that is the best contribution to you at this time.  

I will guide you in connecting to the Source of All-That-Is, the field of All-Creations.  This space is of THE purest energy of absolute Oneness and Unconditional Love. You may refer to it as the God's Field, The Great Spirit,  the Creator of All That Is,  or The Sophia... truly it is not the name we talk about but rather the energy of it. 

My radical values are Integrity, Free Will, Confidentiality, and Humility. I intend to be the purest vessel for you to access the Divine Wisdom, Healing and Reading. 

My purpose is to eradicate the conjunctions that hold you back from being the best version of yourself and support you in embodying your highest potential in human form as a radical expression of the Divinity.  There is an infinity of possible ways of living and being in the world. I believe that the more you are connected to the truest essence of who you truly are from a place of joy and driven by your highest excitement, the radiance of your being will provide all you need in life to create your path and walk it in grace and ease. 

Becoming Sovereign Being spiritually, being in your power and being authentic brings you closer to an embodiment of the Divine Source energy, providing you with all that you need and ask for to create a life that brings you joy and fills your cup to overflowing. From this space, being soul and heart-centred and driven, I believe you can, if you choose to become the space for healing and uplifting
 those who come in contact with you or in your energy field by simply BEING. 

I trust that we all can become the source of Divine wisdom and radiant illumination and can ignite and elevate each other's spirits, rising together and in love. My soul desires to support the elevation of human consciousness, leaving the legacy of light for the generations to be, and support individuals and groups to become the vessels for more love, joy, healing, transformation, and freedom to be empowered and liberated sovereign beings. 

We came here to be the leaders of our own Divine rights, who live dynamic, healing, interdependent and harmonious lives on elevated standards cosmically, multidimensionally connected while thriving on planet Earth. 

 Becoming the one who leads the way starts with deep inner work, devotion to the highest good for all, streaming from the space of being and providing the highest good for yourself first. Therefore, I invite you to bring the joy into your life that streams from within you through energy work, creativity and authentic self-expression in true and real ways, as you are the one who knows the way for you.

 I am here to assist you with grace, devotion to the Divine, and your highest balance between the mind, body and soul through the Creator and my Divine Crew. 

With your permission, I'll read your energy and channel for you guidance, downloads, upgrades and healing according to your request.

On the free will - I can only assist you in matters relevant to you and do not affect other people's free will.  

We may need to work on our belief system and change the ones limiting to the empowering ones, if you wish to do so. 

This is a powerful work, and it could integrate in ways you may or may not experience in your body. Each session and circumstance is unique and is always perfect in Divine terms. :)

Therapeutic Arts session is a facilitated group practice for Authentic Creative Expression through embodiment and creative flow. It can best be described as a dance of your awareness between the inner and the outer worlds.

**This workshop's purpose:**

*creating space for you to connect with your body and inner world in healing ways
*increase your confidence in your creative abilities
*offer you tools for creative & reflective ways to process your emotions in your own time
*re-define what art and its creation means
*creating more ease & enjoyment in the process itself


**In this workshop, you will be supported:**

*to have a holistic break from a busy life
*connecting with your body & out of your head
* to tap into the state of your creative flow
* to connect with your inner wisdom as a source of personal & healing insights
* to explore natural for you ways of creative expression

There are absolutely no skills or experience required whilst you can be an artist too. All are welcome!

**All art materials are provided.**

A therapeutic Arts session is a practice best described as a dance of your awareness between the inner and the outer worlds. 

This practice will provide you with confidence in your creative potential and will provide you with tools for carrying on developing this practice in your own time and in your life as well.
**In this workshop, you will:**
- be supported to reach an embodied state of your creative flow
- release expectations of the end result, redefining what art and its process are all about.

**There are no skills or experience required. You can be an artist or have never touched art materials at all. All are welcome!**

 This is an individual practice in the small group setting. We will have check in and check out circle ad a group, outside of this we aim to create a non-verbal space for deeper and more magical experience for you.

Please be mindful that by buying your ticket, you are contracting to:
•co-creating a safe and respectful space for all, honouring each other's differences.
•being sober, as it is a drug and alcohol-free space (there is a community cafe and saunas in the main area of the bu where you are welcome to have a meal, drink and enjoy yourselves after the session)
•Confidentiality- we take seriously the privacy of each individual, including their story, details of their process and images: this is not to be shared outside of the group unless you have clear permission. This creates a space that is contained and safe for all. 

• The facilitator might take a mindful and considerate photo or promotional video. Otherwise, no phones can be used in the space. Do let us know if you would like to be out of this video and photos.


You are invited to a space where the outside world can rest for a bit, while you are guided into a mindful process of authentic creation an art piece.
