Therapeutic Arts session is a facilitated group practice for Authentic Creative Expression through embodiment and creative flow. It can best be described as a dance of your awareness between the inner and the outer worlds.

**This workshop's purpose:**

*creating space for you to connect with your body and inner world in healing ways
*increase your confidence in your creative abilities
*offer you tools for creative & reflective ways to process your emotions in your own time
*re-define what art and its creation means
*creating more ease & enjoyment in the process itself


**In this workshop, you will be supported:**

*to have a holistic break from a busy life
*connecting with your body & out of your head
* to tap into the state of your creative flow
* to connect with your inner wisdom as a source of personal & healing insights
* to explore natural for you ways of creative expression

There are absolutely no skills or experience required whilst you can be an artist too. All are welcome!

**All art materials are provided.**

A therapeutic Arts session is a practice best described as a dance of your awareness between the inner and the outer worlds. 

This practice will provide you with confidence in your creative potential and will provide you with tools for carrying on developing this practice in your own time and in your life as well.
**In this workshop, you will:**
- be supported to reach an embodied state of your creative flow
- release expectations of the end result, redefining what art and its process are all about.

**There are no skills or experience required. You can be an artist or have never touched art materials at all. All are welcome!**

 This is an individual practice in the small group setting. We will have check in and check out circle ad a group, outside of this we aim to create a non-verbal space for deeper and more magical experience for you.

Please be mindful that by buying your ticket, you are contracting to:
•co-creating a safe and respectful space for all, honouring each other's differences.
•being sober, as it is a drug and alcohol-free space (there is a community cafe and saunas in the main area of the bu where you are welcome to have a meal, drink and enjoy yourselves after the session)
•Confidentiality- we take seriously the privacy of each individual, including their story, details of their process and images: this is not to be shared outside of the group unless you have clear permission. This creates a space that is contained and safe for all. 

• The facilitator might take a mindful and considerate photo or promotional video. Otherwise, no phones can be used in the space. Do let us know if you would like to be out of this video and photos.


You are invited to a space where the outside world can rest for a bit, while you are guided into a mindful process of authentic creation an art piece.

Ecstatic Dance Is A Movement Dance Facilitated Practice, A Sober Conscious Group Dance Where Through Individual And Group Process We Connect With Our Internal Worlds Through Embodied Individual and Group Process.  This art is my attempt to interpret my experience of this truly magical, healing, transformative and empowering experience, and the space it is held in.
